How can I track my order?

We ship with United State Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. The choice of the carrier is left to TRVL ERA’s discretion. Your tracking number can be found logging into your TRVL ERA account. Using your tracking number, you can check the status of your package.

Where does TRVL ERA ship to?

TRVL ERA ships worldwide, to the following countries: Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint Kitts and Nevis Anguilla, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).

TRVL ERA also ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. 3 to 5 Business-Days, Next Day and Saturday delivery options are not available. Please allow 8 to 21 business days for delivery.

Does TRVL ERA ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, TRVL ERA ships to P.O Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service FIRST Class or Priority Mail. 3 to 5 Business Days, Next Day and Saturday delivery options are not available and ground shipping generally takes longer than 3-5 business days.

What is the delivery time for shipping?

Please note that all orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The day your order is processed is not counted as a day in transit.

Standard Ground shipping: 3-5 business days

Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and will arrive in 3 to 5 business days the order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email informing you that your order has been shipped Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Next Day Deliver

Next Day air expedited shipping is available at a flat rate of $36. Your order must be confirmed before 09:00 am EST to guarantee expedited shipping. Order placed before 09:00 am EST will be shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after that time will be shipped the following day. Please note the day your order is processed and shipped in not a transit day. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is only valid for contiguous United States.

 International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, please request a quote on the checkout page. The billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via your choice of UPS or Global Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 8 to 21 business days for delivery. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. Please note, order modifications cannot be made after the order has been placed.

If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.

1. United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail International (does not allow tracking)

• Allow 2-3 business days to process order.
• Delivery normally takes inbetween 5-9* business days once shipped from our Fulfillment Center. Expected delivery in:
• About 7 business days to Canada
• About 10 business days to Europe & Latin America
• About 14 business days to Asia & Africa
• Available for international orders weighing up to 4 lbs.

* These are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

2. UPS Worldwide Saver:

• Allow 3-5 business day to process order
• Delivery by end of day
• Next business day delivery to Canada and for documents to Mexico • Delivery in two business days to Europe and Latin America
• Delivery in two or three business days to Asia

3. UPS Worldwide Expedited

• Allow 3-5 business day to process order
• Delivery in two business days to Canada
• Delivery in two or three business days to Mexico
• Delivery in three or four days to Europe
• Delivery in four or five days to Asia and Latin America

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND OTHER FEES

Shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer as well as undelivered or refused packages. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." 

Undeliverable packages:

Please note that undeliverable or refused packages are subject to return shipping cost that is based on the shipping method used for the original order. Undelivered orders will be processed as return. For that reason, please make sure your shipping address is valid before checking out. A $9 charge will be applicable for undeliverable or returned orders that were eligible and shipped via free ground shipping.
